This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic mechanical knowledge who enjoys working with their hands and wants to develop their maintenance skills on the job. You do not need advanced maintenance experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable using basic hand and power tools, and eager to learn. You’ll work alongside experienced maintenance team members and gain hands-on experience maintaining production equipment and facility systems. What You’ll Do As an Overnight Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Assist with routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Use basic hand and power tools to perform maintenance tasks and minor repairs

• Help troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and identify equipment problems

• Replace worn or damaged components as needed

• Assist with general facility maintenance and building repairs

• Learn proper maintenance procedures and equipment operation from experienced technicians

• Help keep equipment, work areas, and the facility clean, safe, and organized

• Document maintenance activities and completed work

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Work independently on routine tasks while knowing when to ask for assistance

What You’ll Bring We’re looking for an entry-level maintenance candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and an understanding of how equipment works

• Comfort using basic hand and power tools

• Some experience with maintenance, mechanical work, repairs, or hands-on projects

• A dependable and positive attitude

• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Good communication and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and established processes

• Willingness to work the Monday–Thursday overnight schedule

Prior industrial maintenance experience is helpful, but not required. Mechanical experience from automotive work, small engines, woodworking, construction, equipment repair, home projects, or other hands-on hobbies can be valuable. You do not need advanced electrical, PLC, hydraulic, or specialized industrial maintenance experience to be considered. These are skills you can learn and develop on the job.
