As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support the upkeep of production equipment and facility systems to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. You will work closely with an experienced maintenance team to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and handle basic building repairs. What You'll Do As an Overnight Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Assisting with basic equipment repairs and troubleshooting mechanical problems
• Replacing worn or damaged components with hand and power tools
• Completing routine facility maintenance and minor repairs
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Documenting maintenance activities as required
• Following all safety protocols and PPE requirements

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• 6 months to 2 years of maintenance or mechanical experience
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Mechanical hobbies or personal repair experience (automotive, woodworking, small engines, etc.)
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and learn new skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
