Job Title: Production Associate Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour Hours: 12:00 PM–10:00 PM (Monday–Thursday or Wednesday–Saturday) Start Date: ASAP  

Looking for a rewarding seasonal role supporting a beloved local brand? Join a dedicated team in Arundel as a Production Associate and help create delicious products that bring joy to customers. As a Production Associate, you'll support various production tasks to ensure the smooth manufacturing process. You'll work closely with the production team to meet daily goals and deliver quality products efficiently.

 

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for - Supporting donut production through packaging, glazing, and dough preparation • Performing sanitation and cleaning duties to maintain a safe, sanitary workspace • Following food safety standards and workplace procedures diligently • Maintaining a high level of dependability and consistent attendance • Working efficiently in a fast-paced, structured environment that promotes teamwork and independence  

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have - Dependable attendance and the ability to maintain a consistent schedule • Comfort working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment • Ability to stand and remain active for extended production shifts • Willingness to follow food-safety and sanitation protocols • Non-slip shoes to ensure safety during work hours

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Arundel and offers a full-time schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, with shifts scheduled from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The schedule may vary between Monday–Thursday or Wednesday–Saturday depending on staffing needs.
