We are seeking a
Quality Assurnace Inspector for a full-time position with a growing medical manufacturing company in
Portsmouth, NH. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for in-process and post-production inspections, ensuring products meet customer requirements and specifications. Success in this role is defined by maintaining high-quality standards, accurate documentation, and effective communication with the production team. This is a full-time position located in Portsmouth, NH.
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for:

Performing in-process and final inspections of tubing and other components.

Reviewing operator inspection reports and traveler information for accuracy.

Measuring and recording product quality using visual, mechanical, and optical gauging instruments.

Identifying and segregating non-conforming materials for material review board (MRB) disposition.

Conducting inspections according to established procedures to ensure specifications are met.

Processing paperwork according to internal procedures and ensuring compliance.

Monitoring the extrusion process closely and communicating with the operator to maintain product quality and output efficiency.

Assisting in training new team members on the operation and maintenance of extrusion equipment.

Complying with all safety guidelines and protocols to create a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment, and procedures.

Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality output in a timely and efficient manner.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and address operational issues quickly.

Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members and supervisors.

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks associated with the role.

Detail knowledge of inspection techniques, tools, and methodology.

Ability to use a wide variety of measuring devices to perform dimensional inspection of components produced.
