Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator – Urgently Hiring

Pay: $20/Hr. to $25/Hr, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator for a full-time position with our client, a growing manufacturing facility located in Portsmouth, NH. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior extrusion or manufacturing experience who are looking to grow with a stable company. The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for the setup, startup, and troubleshooting of plastic extrusion processes and machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is an immediate-start opportunity in a clean, team-oriented environment. As an Extrusion Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and starting plastic extrusion machinery

• Troubleshooting and resolving process issues

• Handling materials and maintaining efficient workflow

• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Completing accurate documentation for each production run

• Assisting with machine maintenance when needed

• Working collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and productive environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–3 years of experience in extrusion operations or a related manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Familiarity with hand and computer-based measuring tools

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in quality assurance or inspection (preferred)

• Willingness to work overtime when required

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
