Job Title: Production Technician
Pay: $19/Hr. to $21/Hr., depending on experience Hours: 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Production Technician for a full-time temporary position for our client, a manufacturing company in Dover, New Hampshire. The Production Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day production of Fluoropolymer products, ensuring quality standards are met. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail. This is a full-time temporary position located in Dover, NH. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:Producing Fluoropolymer products while meeting established production goals.
Reviewing instructions, specifications, and parts lists to prepare for work.
Gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures and regulations.
Performing inspections of completed parts through visual inspection and measuring instruments.
Following all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
A high school diploma or GED.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Ability to work quickly and methodically under deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle and feel materials and products with hands.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
Close visual acuity needed for inspecting products, viewing screens, and using measurement tools.
Ability to work in extreme heat (above 90°F for extended periods).
