Job Title: Industrial Painter – Urgently Hiring

Pay: $21/hr, more depending on experience Hours: Full time, 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an Industrial Painter for a full-time position for our client, a local, family-owned plating business that values its employees and fosters a “whatever it takes” team attitude, located in Westbrook, Maine. The Industrial Painter will apply dry film lubricant (DFL) coatings to customer products according to detailed specifications. The Industrial Painter thrives in a detail-oriented, team-focused environment and contributes to lasting customer relationships through quality workmanship and adherence to process. This is a 1st shift, long-term opportunity located in Westbrook, Maine. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for:

• Apply dry film lubricant (DFL) to customer products following detailed instructions

• Handle and position parts with care and precision

• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met

• Follow written procedures and document work as required

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively

• Identify and report issues or defects

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• No experience necessary—training is provided

• Manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts

• A strong understanding of following procedures accurately

• Quick problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn

• A collaborative and positive attitude

• Ability to pass a reference check, background screening, and fit-for-duty physical
