Start Date: ASAP (for holiday support) We are seeking Temp Floral Merchandisers for holiday help with our client, a well-known company in the floral industry, located in various locations including Kennebunk, South Portland, Saco, Scarborough, and Gorham, ME. The role requires high energy and excellent attention to detail to ensure the floral department is serviced to exceed expectations during the busy holiday season. As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Arranging and stocking floral products to ensure displays are attractive and fresh.

• Watering and caring for perishable floral items to maintain their quality.

• Cleaning and organizing floral display areas to ensure they are presentable at all times.

• Walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs of floral products and materials.

• Filling out handwritten paperwork to track inventory and daily activities.

• Interacting with team members and store personnel to ensure seamless execution of the displays and product availability.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Prior experience in merchandising or customer service is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environments.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and maintaining quality standards.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.

• Comfortable with standing, walking, and bending as part of the daily tasks.
