We are seeking a Customer Service Representative. This is a Temp to Hire position that offers a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a reputable law firm while growing your career.This is a Temp to Hire position located in Portland, ME. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:Answering and initiating phone calls with new case callers, existing clients, and business affiliates.
Conducting fact-finding interview calls with potential new clients.
Performing detailed record-keeping and follow-up tasks.
Working closely with and supporting various attorneys.
Providing ongoing, top-notch customer and client support.
Preparing letters and email correspondence.
Assisting with administrative tasks to support the firm’s Intake Department and Operations Team.
A positive, upbeat demeanor and a professional attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
A high level of comfort with office tools and technology.
The ability to prioritize tasks and manage shifting deadlines effectively.
Previous experience in customer service, reception, sales, or telephone marketing.
Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus.
