The Physician and APP Recruitment Specialist provides critical recruitment support to senior leadership and physician leaders, participating in the full recruitment process, including pre-boarding, and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal teams, candidates, and the community.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or other business-related roles; recruiting experience preferred

• Skills:

  • Applicant Tracking and HRIS skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Smartsheet, One Note)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

• Additional Skills (Preferred): Comfortable with recruitment and candidate tracking software, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to manage logistics effectively

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible with ½ or 1 hour lunch break)

• Pay Rate: $25/Hr. to $30/Hr. 

• Start Date: ASAP
