Bonney Staffing has partnered with a small, professional, family-owned office in North Yarmouth.
The Front Desk Office Administrator will be responsible for front desk reception, phone handling, billing, data entry, support processing, and more. The ideal candidate will provide a friendly and professional first impression to clients and contribute to smooth office operations. As the central hub of the office, the candidate will need to manage multiple tasks, including assisting with marketing efforts such as mailings, target mailing lists, and email blasts. Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in administrative and clerical procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Computer savvy, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Open to taking on various projects including mailings, social media, and marketing tasks
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of AMS 360 is a plus
Friendly, welcoming personality
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a 1/2 hour lunch break
Pay Rate: $18/Hr. to $20/Hr.
Start Date: ASAP
