My experience has been very positive. It wasn't even an hour after I submitted my resume for a listing that I saw on Indeed that she replied to me and said the job that I had applied for was no longer accepting applications but that she would keep my resume on file. Then, before I knew it, she contacted me again and said she was, after all, able to slip my resume in for consideration. Within 24 hours, I had a phone interview scheduled, and I was offered the temp-to-perm position during the phone interview. I went in later that same day to visit with the client in person. All in all, the whole process was faster and smoother than I had anticipated. Great experience!
