It was a long process. We had several initial conversations and she listened to my requirements and employment history. The opportunity began as temp to hire at $23/hr and ended in a direct hire at a much higher salary. Louise was patient with me and I was patient as she negotiated with her client. I received 2 offers the same day. The offer Louise tendered was less money and a farther commute than the other, but the quality of the employer was far superior. I choose the offer Louise was able to offer. She put in the work and research to help me find a position.

Louise is awesome! She was very helpful in letting me know exactly what would happen and next steps when I needed to take action, and was always super responsive when I had a question. She checks in on a regular basis and I know if I have any issues, she'll be there to help.
