Job Title: 2nd Shift Racker and Unracker

Pay: $21.00 per hourHours: Monday - Thursday, 6pm - 4:30amStart Date: ASAP

As a 2nd Shift Racker and Unracker, you'll play an essential role in keeping production moving efficiently while ensuring products meet quality standards. You'll work closely with the night shift team to support production goals and prepare to learn additional plating processes.

What You'll Do As a 2nd Shift Racker and Unracker, you will be responsible for

• Unloading and organizing customer products from boxes or totes

• Placing and removing parts from wire racks, hooks, or barrels by hand• Inspecting and testing products before and after plating processes• Packing finished products, labeling shipments, and assembling metal racks• Reporting equipment issues, maintaining a clean workstation, and following safety guidelines

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods• Dependable communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn
