Job Title: Bookkeeper and AP Clerk

Pay: $20-30 per hour Hours: PT 8-15 hours per week

As a Bookkeeper, you'll handle essential financial tasks to keep the business running smoothly. You'll work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing, deposits, and payroll processing that supports the organization’s mission.

What You'll Do

As a dedicated Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for

• Processing invoices for weekly payment
• Assisting with deposits
• Working with the revenue team to ensure revenue is accurately entered in QuickBooks
• Assisting with reconsideration and review tasks
• Allocating payroll and health benefits

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable
• Knowledge of healthcare accounting or related experience (very helpful)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and EMR systems, especially Athena
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
