Job Title: Shipper Receiver

Pay: $26.50 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus a 4-hour shift every third weekend Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As a Shipper Receiver, you will be responsible for

• Safely receiving, moving, storing, and shipping raw materials, finished goods, and other materials
• Transporting materials between production areas and storage locations
• Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Operating shuttle trucks and industrial vehicles to move materials efficiently
• Supporting production schedules by expediting materials and preventing delays
• Properly storing, organizing, and labeling inventory to maintain accuracy and easy access
• Preparing shipments and inspecting trailers, warehouse racks, and equipment to ensure safety and compliance
• Verifying incoming shipments for correct descriptions, quantities, and conditions, and reporting discrepancies
• Ensuring outbound shipments match documentation, and labeling materials correctly
• Maintaining accurate inventory records through SAP transactions and cycle counts
• Supporting safety initiatives, including proper PPE use and safety inspections

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks based on operational needs
• Basic computer skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and operate industrial vehicles, with certification provided
• A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Ability to develop proficiency and achieve 90% competency within the first year

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Sanford, ME, with a regular shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and a rotating 4-hour shift every third weekend.
