Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Pay: $22 per hour Hours: PT, approximately 16 hours per week Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for • Reviewing and inputting a high volume of receipts and thank you letters for donors • Managing your workload independently with reliability and proactive initiative • Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel to perform various administrative tasks and mail merges • Maintaining attention to detail to uphold data accuracy and integrity • Supporting the team by ensuring timely and accurate data entry throughout your shifts

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, mainly Word and Excel • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Experience with mail merges is a plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate

Location & Schedule
