Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Laborer

Pay: $23.00 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:20 PM–12:00 AM (OT required) Start Date: ASAP Location: Biddeford, ME

As a Production Laborer, you'll be an important part of the team supporting daily operations by processing corrugated cardboard to produce high-quality boxes. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the process.

What You'll Do

As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery to efficiently process corrugated cardboard according to specifications.
• Adding color logos and accurately cutting sections of cardboard using metal dies.
• Following detailed instructions to meet production standards and deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Supporting the team to optimize workflow and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Learning new processes, equipment, and skills as you grow within the company.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely.
• A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

3:20 PM–12:00 AM Overtime required
