As a Premium Billing Reconciliation Specialist I, you’ll support billing and payment operations while helping ensure accounts are accurate and discrepancies are researched and resolved. You’ll work with detailed billing information, process and reconcile payments, prepare reports, and contribute to quality assurance and compliance activities. What You'll Do

As a Premium Billing Reconciliation Specialist I, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting premium billing and reconciliation activities

• Processing and reconciling payments accurately • Researching accounts and investigating billing discrepancies • Reviewing detailed billing and payment information for accuracy • Preparing and maintaining reports • Supporting quality assurance activities • Assisting with compliance and audit-related activities • Working across multiple systems to research and update account information • Managing deadlines and ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time • Communicating and collaborating with internal teams as needed to resolve issues

What You'll Bring

• Healthcare billing or premium billing

• Healthcare enrollment or managed care • Payment posting or reconciliation • Accounting operations or accounts receivable • Healthcare financial operations • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Experience working with detailed financial or billing data • Strong research and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Comfort working across multiple computer systems and applications • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
