Job Title: Patient Service Representative (PSR)

Pay: $17.00/hr Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do

As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting patients warmly and managing check-in/check-out procedures
• Answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
• Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments to optimize patient flow
• Verifying insurance details and assisting with vision plan authorizations
