Flex Operator – Manufacturing & Production | Dover, NH Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM Start: ASAP Location: Dover, NH Schedule: 4-day workweek! Signing Bonus Program Earn up to $1,000 in signing bonuses when hired permanently by Vygon:

• $250 upon employment by Vygon
• $250 upon completion of 3 months of active service with a performance rating of average or better
• $500 upon completion of 1 year of active service with a performance rating of average or better

Looking for a full-time job with Fridays off? We’re hiring Flex Operators to join a manufacturing team in Dover, NH. This is a hands-on production position where you’ll learn how to operate manufacturing equipment and help produce quality products. You’ll work with machinery and perform a variety of production tasks, including assembly, bonding, filling, packing, and quality inspection. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with your hands, this could be a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing manufacturing company.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Perform assembly, bonding, filling, and packing tasks
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Use PPE and maintain a clean work area
• Monitor equipment and report any issues
• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Work independently and as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Basic math skills
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus
• Previous experience is helpful, but we’re willing to consider candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and production tasks
• Comfortable working with PPE and following clean and safe work practices
