Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $25-27 per hour
Hours: M-F day shift, 40 hours per week

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the building while providing excellent customer service to residents. You’ll work closely with vendors and team members to ensure the property looks and functions its best.
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning building areas, hallways, and vacant apartments
- Mopping floors and performing general maintenance tasks
- Collaborating with vendors for specialized repairs (plumbing, electrical, landscaping, snow removal)
- Handling on-call duties as needed, with added pay for calls and overtime
- Ensuring property safety and addressing maintenance issues promptly

Location & Schedule:
