Job Title: Forklift Operator 

Pay: $22 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Shift end time subject to change based on workload, up to 6:00 PM) Start Date: ASAP

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in managing freezer inventory movement to ensure stock is available in active picking areas. You’ll work closely with your team to read replenishment reports, locate overstocked products in the freezer, and operate reach trucks safely and effectively. Your proactive communication and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations in a demanding environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and interpreting replenishment reports to identify stock needs
• Operating a reach truck to retrieve products from overstock locations in the freezer
• Moving products accurately to designated "home" locations within the warehouse
• Maintaining high situational awareness in a cold, congested environment
• Communicating proactively to ensure safety and efficiency during all tasks

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience operating a Reach Truck, forklift, or similar heavy equipment in a warehouse setting
• Ability to read and follow replenishment reports accurately
• Strong attention to detail, especially in location management using scanners (training provided)
