As a Manufacturing Laborer, you'll help assemble quality shipping crates and support production operations in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help keep our manufacturing process smooth and efficient.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Building large wooden shipping crates according to detailed blueprints and schematics, ensuring precision and quality
• Using hand tools such as hammers, nail guns, and screw guns to assemble crates efficiently
• Learning to operate table and skill saws safely while following all safety protocols
• Measuring accurately with tapes and reading blueprints to meet exact specifications
• Assisting with material handling and transporting wood throughout the warehouse

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction or manufacturing (carpentry experience is a plus)
• Proficiency with hand tools, including nail guns and screw guns
• Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately, with a safety-minded attitude

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Dover and offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available.
