Now Hiring: Cafeteria Coordinator – Lewiston, ME!

Pay: $22/hr

Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00am - 2:00pm Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for a Cafeteria Coordinator to oversee the daily operation of an employee cafeteria at a busy manufacturing facility. If you take pride in preparing great food, keeping a clean workspace, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and other daily menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Order food and supplies while keeping inventory stocked and organized.
• Receive and store deliveries.
• Ensure food is prepared and served according to food safety standards.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the day.
• Handle daily cash transactions and maintain basic records.
• Assist with company events and employee appreciation functions.
• Provide friendly, professional service to employees and visitors.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in food service, cafeteria, restaurant, or commercial kitchen settings preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• ServSafe certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable using a computer for ordering and inventory.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
