Job Title: Facilities Worker

Pay: $22 - $25/hour Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 4:30 pm, occasional overtime on Fridays Start Date: ASAP

You’ll support the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring safety, functionality, and a clean environment for everyone. You’ll work closely with our maintenance and operations team to deliver results that enhance the safety and efficiency of our facilities.

What You’ll Do

As a Facilities Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting daily inspections of machinery and building systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Performing general maintenance and repairs inside and outside of the building, including tool repairs and basic landscaping.
• Ensuring all work complies with safety guidelines, including working safely at heights and in confined spaces.
• Assisting with construction, electrical, and plumbing tasks under direction.
• Using hand tools and landscaping equipment proficiently to complete assigned duties.
• Following safety protocols consistently to maintain a safe work environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with groundskeeping, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Strong commitment to following safety procedures at all times.
• Ability to work at heights on ladders or raised platforms safely.
• Willingness to work in small spaces and at different heights.
• Reliable work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.

Location & Schedule: This is an on-site position in Raymond, Maine, offering a full-time schedule with a Monday through Thursday workweek and occasional Friday overtime.
