As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in manufacturing by setting up and operating machinery to produce high-quality plastic products. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently, helping the company meet its quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and preparing machinery for production runs
• Operating plastic mold machines to support consistent, high-quality output
• Monitoring the production process and making adjustments as needed
• Inspecting samples to ensure products meet quality standards
• Maintaining accurate production and quality records
• Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery and work area
• Troubleshooting basic machine issues or escalating to maintenance

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experience operating plastic molding machinery (plastic mold machine operating skills required)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasionally extended hours
