What You'll Do As a Call Center Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming calls from patients and customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and providing accurate information about prescriptions, refills, and order statuses.

• Coordinating with pharmacy staff to ensure timely follow-up, assisting with medication refills, tracking outstanding requests, and supporting patient retention efforts. • Participating in team meetings and process improvement initiatives, all while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. • Providing friendly and professional communication to patients and providers. • Supporting pharmacy operations by ensuring accurate documentation and efficient workflow.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Active Pharmacy Technician License (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date)

• Previous customer service or patient-facing experience • Strong communication and phone skills • Attention to detail and organizational abilities • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Windows • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy • Empathy and professionalism in all interactions • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work additional hours if needed
