Job Title: Production Helper

Pay: $18 - $19/hour Hours: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Helper, you'll assist with the daily production of baked goods in a fast-paced environment. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the team to deliver top-notch products every day.

What You'll Do

As a Production Helper, you will be responsible for:

• Stretching dough and placing it onto baking trays
• Loading and unloading speed racks for baking and cooling
• Reaching overhead, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout your shift
• Supporting other production tasks as needed
• Participating in cross-training to assist various areas of production

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a physically active or production-based environment preferred
• A team-focused, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• The ability to adapt to physically repetitive movements and light lifting
• Physical stamina to bend, reach, and work in a fast-paced setting
• No fake nails or hand jewelry, per food safety standards
