Job Title: Overnight Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE) Hours: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM Training: First two weeks on day shift before transitioning to overnights Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Repairing and replacing worn or defective machine components
• Completing general facility maintenance, including basic building repairs
• Inspecting equipment to identify potential maintenance needs
• Maintaining maintenance inventory and documenting completed repairs
• Supporting a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Previous industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer, math, reading, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills, including welding after permanent hire

Location & Schedule

This is an on-site overnight position working Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM. New hires will complete approximately two weeks of training on the day shift before moving to the overnight schedule.
