Job Title: Packer Pay: $19.00 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (flexibility for overtime as needed) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a steady role with growth potential? As a Packer, you'll support the efficient packaging and shipping of finished products, helping ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with the production team to verify quality, prepare shipments, and maintain a safe workspace, playing a key part in the company's success. What You'll Do As a Packer, you will be responsible for:

• Packing finished awning products according to work orders, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Verifying that all parts and products meet company and quality specifications.
• Preparing items for shipment by wrapping, cushioning, and labeling items properly.
• Coordinating outgoing shipments, including assisting with loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote efficiency and safety.
• Operating hand tools and packing equipment safely and effectively.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in packaging, production, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs; team lifts will be used when required.
• A dependable attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Location & Schedule: This on-site position is based in Auburn, Maine, following a Monday–Friday, first shift schedule.
