Job Title: Production Laborer

Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (5am start with OT) Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Laborer, you'll be a key part of the team supporting daily operations by processing corrugated cardboard to produce high-quality boxes. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure safety, efficiency, and high standards of quality in every step of the process.

What You'll Do

As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery to efficiently process corrugated cardboard according to specifications.

• Adding color logos and accurately cutting out sections of cardboard using metal dies. • Following detailed instructions to meet production standards and deadlines. • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. • Supporting team efforts to optimize workflow and uphold safety protocols.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• 6 months to 1 year of previous experience in manufacturing or production. • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. • Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch. • Good understanding of written and verbal instructions. • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks. • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely.
