Job Title: PT Bread Packaging and Production Helper

Pay: $19.00/hour Hours: Flexible, Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (4–5 hours per day) Start Date: ASAP

As a Packaging & Production Helper, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality bread and roll production. You will work closely with our bakery team to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a lively and fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a PT Bread Packaging and Production Helper, you will be responsible for:

• Packaging bread and rolls individually or in groups • Properly bag, label, and tag products for distribution • Performing quality control checks to ensure product quality and accuracy • Maintaining organization of trays, packaging materials, and work stations • Loading and moving bakery racks throughout the shift • Assisting with machine setup and other packaging processes • Supporting additional bakery tasks, such as forming rolls, oiling pans, and stretching dough • Helping with general production support to keep things running smoothly during busy periods

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail • Excellent ability to work well under pressure • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Willingness to cross-train and assist in various areas of bakery production • Ability to stand, bend, and reach repeatedly throughout the shift • Physical strength to move and load trays and racks during busy periods • Experience in Packaging/Warehouse is a plus

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Westbrook, ME, with a flexible part-time schedule that varies from 2 to 5 days per week. Shifts typically run from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with some variation during peak periods.
