As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating stunning floral displays, caring for fresh flowers, and maintaining an organized work environment. You'll work closely with the store team to ensure each floral presentation is fresh, attractive, and inviting, helping to delight customers every day.

What You'll Do

As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and maintaining vibrant floral displays in retail locations

• Watering, rotating, cleaning, and caring for floral products • Following visual planograms to ensure attractive presentation standards • Moving, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and organizing floral supplies and products • Keeping work areas neat, tidy, and visually appealing

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel

• Dependability, self-motivation, and a positive attitude • Organized with strong communication and time-management skills • Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing • Experience in floral or retail merchandising preferred, but training can be provided
