As a Warehouse Operations & Logistics Specialist, you'll play a vital role in managing products throughout the entire operational process. You'll work closely with a collaborative team to ensure inventory accuracy, streamline shipping, and maintain efficient workflow. This is not just a typical warehouse job—you'll be responsible for both hands-on tasks and computer-based operations, helping ensure our processes run smoothly and accurately. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Operations & Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:• Managing inbound and outbound telecommunications equipment and inventory
• Utilizing SAP and other internal systems to complete inventory and order transactions • Conducting inspections, packaging, and preparing products for shipment according to customer requirements • Identifying defects, discrepancies, or damages, and communicating findings appropriately • Scanning and verifying serial numbers, part numbers, and inventory data • Entering and maintaining accurate data within ERP and other inventory management systems • Assisting with inventory organization, cycle counts, and operational projects • Coordinating the movement of materials across different operational functions such as warehouse, testing, repair, and shipping • Rotating through various roles within the team to build cross-training skills • Keeping the work environment clean, organized, and safe at all times What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:• A minimum of 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations experience
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems like SAP • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team • Dependable attendance and punctuality • Personal transportation to reliably get to and from work • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform routine bending and physical movement • A high school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with SAP, telecommunications, technical logistics, or repair operations is a plus. Soldering experience and familiarity with technical inspections or packaging standards are also advantageous.
