Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay: $19.00 per hour Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting production operations and ensuring high-quality output. You'll work closely with team leads to operate specialized equipment and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating manufacturing machinery, including industrial stitching or sewing equipment, with precision and care.
• Loading materials and monitoring machine performance throughout production runs.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
• Assisting with basic troubleshooting of equipment and reporting issues promptly.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Stitching or sewing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as needed.

Hiring Requirements

• Successful drug screening (9-panel UA, marijuana not tested).
• Background check (must have no theft, drug charges, or habitual offenses).
• Completion of onboarding process prior to start date.
• Signed confidentiality agreement before starting.

Location & Schedule:

This on-site position is located in Auburn, Maine, at 27 Wright's Landing. Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Your first day will start at 6:30 AM.
