As a Foam Room Operator, you'll be essential in supporting the production process by accurately cutting, gluing, and assembling foam and cardboard products. You'll collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations, uphold quality standards, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. What You’ll Do

As a Foam Room Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating heat irons, glue guns, and heat guns with precision to facilitate product assembly.
• Cutting, gluing, and assembling foam and corrugated cardboard components according to detailed written instructions.
• Stacking finished pallets accurately to prepare for shipment, ensuring safety and stability.
• Wrapping pallets securely with shrink wrap and preparing them for transportation.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Following all safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment.
• Working consistently and with attention to detail to support product quality and workflow efficiency.
