Pay: $18.95/hour Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Start Date: ASAP

As a Carpentry Production Associate, you'll be essential to daily operations—building custom crates, operating tools, and maintaining a safe workspace. You will work closely with your team to meet production deadlines while developing your craftsmanship and technical abilities.

What You’ll Do:

As a Carpentry Production Associate, you will be responsible for: Building large wooden shipping crates according to detailed blueprints and schematics, ensuring precision and quality. Using hand tools such as hammers, nail guns, and screw guns efficiently to assemble crates. Learning to operate table and skill saws safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols. Measuring accurately with tapes and reading blueprints to meet exact specifications. Assisting with material handling and transporting wood throughout the warehouse. Performing various production duties as needed, supporting team efforts to meet daily goals. Standing for the full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs, with team lifts up to 70 lbs as required.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in construction or manufacturing, especially carpentry, is a plus. Proficiency with hand tools including nail guns and screw guns. Ability to read blueprints and measurements with accuracy. A strong work ethic, safety-minded attitude, and willingness to learn new skills. Experience in general construction and manufacturing environments is preferred.

This on-site position is based in Dover, NH, offering a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
