As a Foam Room Operator, you'll be essential in supporting the production process by accurately cutting, gluing, and assembling foam and cardboard products. You'll collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations, uphold quality standards, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. What You’ll Do:
- Operate heat irons, glue guns, and heat guns with precision to facilitate product assembly.
- Cut, glue, and assemble foam and corrugated cardboard components following detailed written instructions.
- Stack finished pallets accurately to prepare for shipment, ensuring safety and stability.
- Wrap pallets securely with shrink wrap and prepare them for transportation.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment.
- Work consistently and with attention to detail to support product quality and workflow efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
