Job Title: Manufacturing Operator, 2nd Shift

Pay: $22/HR Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll support critical production processes by operating specialized machinery, maintaining high safety standards, and contributing to the creation of advanced composite materials. This position provides a pathway for career advancement and skill enhancement in a growing industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and support machinery used in composite material manufacturing, including needle making and automated weaving.
• Perform multi-directional weaving tasks such as Z finishing and core insertion.
• Assist in the production of pultruded carbon fiber rods and support fiber stretching and breaking processes.
• Inspect materials, parts, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Record process data accurately for manufacturing documentation.
• Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently, utilizing proper tools and techniques.
• Follow safety protocols and housekeeping policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support ongoing quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

What You’ll Bring:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work specifications.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset.
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn new skills.
