Job Title: Temp Assembler

Pay: $19/hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-Time) Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing Project Needs

Looking for a hands-on role in a growing manufacturing environment? Join a dynamic warehouse team as a Temp Assembler in Sanford, ME, and make an immediate impact on short-term and ongoing projects. In this role, you'll support assembly, cleanup, and warehouse operations, gaining valuable experience while working in a fast-paced setting.

As a Temp Assembler, you’ll play a key role in supporting assembly and warehouse support activities, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining safety standards. You’ll work closely with supervised teams to contribute to project success and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with racking and basic assembly projects to support ongoing manufacturing needs.
• Perform general cleanup and organize work areas to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Support packing and operational tasks as assigned to meet production targets.
• Use basic hand tools, such as hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches, to complete assembly and repair tasks.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs regularly to facilitate smooth operations.
• Adapt to changing project priorities and support team efforts to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and productive workplace by following safety protocols.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently and safely.

• Previous warehouse or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
