Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4-day work week!) Start Date: ASAP (following client onboarding process)

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating industrial stitching machines, ensuring precision and quality in every stitch. You will support the manufacturing process by loading materials, monitoring machine performance, and inspecting finished work to meet stringent quality standards. If you have previous machine operation or production experience — especially in sewing or stitching — you’re encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Do:

• Operate industrial stitching machines to sew leather and heavy-duty fabrics accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor machine operation, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot issues to maintain production flow.
• Load materials correctly and ensure proper alignment before stitching.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on machinery and communicate any concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following company safety procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

• Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing, specifically with industrial sewing or stitching machines, is required.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to craftsmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Hiring Requirements:

• Drug screening required (marijuana not tested).
• Background check required.
• No theft, drug charges, or habitual offenses permitted.
• Must sign a confidentiality agreement before starting.
