Job Title: Packer

Pay: $18/hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM (may vary) Start Date: ASAP (Temp-to-Hire)

As a Packer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring products are neatly and accurately packaged, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient shipping operations. You'll work closely with the production team to uphold quality and safety standards, making a visible difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

As a Packer, you will be responsible for:

• Packing tubing products at the end of the production line with precision and organization to meet customer specifications.
• Performing visual inspections of tubing and finished products to confirm quality and packaging integrity.
• Verifying labels for correct lot and traceability information, and conducting final quality checks before shipment.
• Preparing various packaging materials such as poly wrap, poly bags, cartons, and spacers for each batch.
• Monitoring laser settings and reacting promptly to process alarms to ensure product quality.
• Maintaining a clean, organized packing area that complies with cleanroom standards.
• Vacuuming tanks twice weekly and assisting with additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience & Skills: Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
• Personal Traits: Positive attitude, highly organized, dependable, and a team player.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8–10 hour shifts, and handle materials up to 72" long without contact with the floor.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to stay until work is completed.

Location & Schedule:

This on-site position in Portsmouth, NH offers a full-time schedule with hours from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible variations.
