Pay: $18.50/HR Hours: 12:00 PM to Close (shifts may vary from 8 PM to 9 PM depending on the season) Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately selecting products to fulfill customer orders.
• Wrapping and staging product pallets for shipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Following all safety procedures and guidelines to contribute to a safe work environment.
• Using proper body mechanics and equipment to move and stack product effectively.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in order selecting is essential—MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ORDER SELECTING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
• The ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• A safety-conscious mindset combined with strong attention to detail.
• Dependability and punctuality to ensure timely order processing.
• The ability to stand for extended periods (6–12 hours) and execute repetitive movements (bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to follow instructions and established procedures.
