Job Title: Temporary Floral Merchandiser

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week Start Date: ASAP

As a Floral Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in enhancing floral displays, ensuring they captivate customers and reflect the beauty of our products. You’ll work closely with our merchandiser, to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a Temporary Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and maintaining attractive floral displays to enhance customer experience.
• Completing daily handwritten paperwork to track inventory and sales.
• Walking, standing, cleaning, watering flowers, and performing physical tasks, including bending and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Arriving at the specified locations for shifts starting at 10 AM, with approximate hours of 10 AM - 1 PM or 10 AM - 2 PM, depending on the day.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Personal Characteristics: Enthusiastic, high-energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Skills: Excellent communication and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
• Physical Abilities: Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
