Job Title: Temporary Floral Merchandiser

As a Temporary Floral Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in supporting the vibrant floral department, ensuring that floral displays are fresh, appealing, and well-maintained. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver results that make a difference in our customers' shopping experience.

What You’ll Do:

As a Temporary Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the setup and maintenance of floral displays to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
• Performing daily tasks such as cleaning, watering, and arranging perishable floral products.
• Completing handwritten paperwork to track inventory and maintain records.
• Engaging in physical activities, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs, to maintain the floral area.
• Collaborating with your supervisor to deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Being enthusiastic, high-energy, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• A results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required; a genuine interest in floral merchandising is a plus!
