Job Title: Production Laborer

Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: M-F, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Laborer, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations by running corrugated cardboard through machines to create precise box templates. You will work closely with the production team to ensure safety and efficiency in the workplace.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and running machines to process corrugated cardboard effectively.
• Adding color logos and cutting out sections of cardboard using metal dies.
• Following instructions accurately to meet production specifications.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment at all times.
• Ensuring efficiency in production while adhering to company safety protocols.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of related manufacturing experience.
• Basic math skills to perform necessary calculations.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.
• Capability to read, interpret, and write simple instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Biddeford, ME, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
