Job Title: Patient Service Representative

Pay: $18.25/hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Patient Service Representative, you’ll ensure a smooth workflow and create great experiences for patients as the first point of contact for our clinic. You’ll work closely with clinical staff and administration to deliver results that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth as they arrive at the clinic to foster an inviting atmosphere.
• Check patients in for appointments by verifying personal information and insurance details.
• Manage efficient check-out processes by communicating all necessary follow-up steps to patients.
• Handle incoming phone calls to address inquiries and direct callers to the appropriate staff members.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using the clinic's scheduling system to maximize patient satisfaction.
• Process patient payments accurately and maintain comprehensive records to ensure financial integrity.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Bangor, ME, and offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
