Job Title: Warehouse Packer

Pay: $17/hour Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm; potential overtime on Fridays Start Date: ASAP

As a Warehouse Packer, you will support daily operations by trimming products, inspecting for quality, and packing finished goods. You'll collaborate closely with the production team to ensure that products meet quality standards and flow smoothly through the process.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Packer, you will be responsible for:

• Trimming products manually or utilizing specialized tools to ensure precision.
• Inspecting products during production to identify defects and removing any rejected parts immediately.
• Ensuring finished parts are clean, properly trimmed, and adhere to established quality standards.
• Packing products according to quality management procedures to prepare them for shipment.
• Notifying operators and lead technicians of any product, equipment, or process issues that may arise.
• Assembling boxes and preparing products for final inspection and transport, maintaining organization throughout the process.
• Delivering quality rounds to Quality Assurance as required, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Cleaning workstations and disposing of waste at the end of each shift, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Documenting work performed using standard forms and procedures accurately.
• Following documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times for consistency.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support production needs and enhance team effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong manual dexterity with the ability to work effectively with both hands.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and comprehend English at an intermediate level.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards without compromise.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (not repetitively) and push/pull 20–30 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Near 20/20 vision with good color discrimination and depth perception for quality control.
• Comfort working in hot temperatures while wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
