Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay: $17.00/hour Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Potential overtime on Fridays) Start Date: ASAP

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring the production of quality precision parts. You'll work closely with the production team to drive success and maintain equipment functionality.

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery to produce high-quality precision parts.
• Carefully removing parts and placing them in designated locations.
• Performing packing tasks as needed to meet production goals.
• Regularly cleaning equipment and workstations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Following documented production procedures and adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Documenting completed work using company forms and processes to ensure accountability.
• Supporting teammates and communicating any issues to team leads to facilitate a smooth workflow.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling 20–30 lbs. throughout your shift as required.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Prior experience in machine operation or production (preferred).
• Mechanical skills along with strong upper body strength.
• An ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Capacity to read, understand, and follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and a teamwork mentality.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and tolerate warehouse temperatures up to 95°F.
• Strong visual accuracy and depth perception.
• A clean, casual appearance with steel-toe shoes (required).

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Lewiston, ME and offers Monday to Thursday shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for overtime on Fridays.
