Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay: $21/hr Hours: Mon-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM Start Date: ASAP

As a Machine Operator, you’ll work closely with your team to drive efficiency and maintain our high standards for product excellence.

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and preparing machinery for production, ensuring all equipment functions properly.
• Operating machinery to blend, mix, package, or transport liquid or dry chemicals according to established procedures.
• Monitoring the production process and making necessary adjustments to ensure top-quality output.
• Inspecting and testing product samples for quality and consistency to meet customer standards.
• Maintaining accurate production and quality records to track performance.
• Complying with safety guidelines, including properly wearing protective equipment.
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery and work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with the team to meet production goals and deadlines efficiently.
• Troubleshooting basic machine issues and escalating problems to maintenance personnel as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to address on-the-job challenges.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• The ability to lift and move materials as necessary (up to 50 pounds).
• A willingness to work night shifts and extended hours as required.
• An understanding of safety procedures and a dedication to adhering to them rigorously.
